How to make garlic chrysanthemum
1.Pluck off the old stems of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum. Wash and drain the old leaves and set aside. Wash four cloves of garlic and three millet peppers.
2. Chop the garlic cloves and cut the millet and pepper into rings.
3. Heat a wok, pour in an appropriate amount of salad oil, add minced garlic when the oil is hot, and stir-fry millet and pepper rings until fragrant.
4.Add chrysanthemum and stir-fry over high heat.
5.Add appropriate amount of salt to taste, stir-fry until the chrysanthemum is broken and raw and turn off the heat.
6.Plate and serve.
