Ingredients (6)
- 1 litre chilled ginger beer
- 3 cups chilled tropical fruit juice
- 6 passionfruit (see note), halved
- 1/2 small pineapple, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
- 2 cups ice cubes
Method
- Step 1 Place ginger beer, juice, passionfruit pulp, pineapple and mint in a punch bowl. Stir gently to combine. Add ice. Serve.
