  • 1 litre chilled ginger beer
  • 3 cups chilled tropical fruit juice
  • 6 passionfruit (see note), halved
  • 1/2 small pineapple, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Method

  • Step 1 Place ginger beer, juice, passionfruit pulp, pineapple and mint in a punch bowl. Stir gently to combine. Add ice. Serve.
