Ingredients: spinach, enoki mushrooms, minced garlic, millet pepper. -

Blanch the spinach for 30 seconds and remove. -

Blanch the enoki mushrooms for one minute and remove. -

Put the blanched enoki mushrooms and spinach into a bowl. -

Put minced garlic, millet pepper, two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of balsamic vinegar, a little sugar, a little salt and a spoonful of chili oil in a bowl. -

Pour the prepared sauce over the enoki mushrooms and spinach. -
