Wash the long beans (cowpeas) with clean water, add salt and soak for half an hour to remove pesticide residues.
Clean and cut into small pieces.
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Stir-fry in large iron pot:
Heat the pot over high heat. Add more oil and garlic slices when the pot is hot.
Add in the chopped beans and stir-fry quickly. Saute for one minute.
Add a little water (20ml), continue to stir-fry until the water dries up, about one minute.
Add a spoonful of 2 grams of salt and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and serve.
