Remove the older roots of asparagus, cut into sections, wash and set aside. -

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. If they are cut too thin and fried, they will shrink in size. -

Bring water to a boil, add asparagus and blanch until raw. -

Heat another pot and add butter until it bubbles. -

Add the peeled shrimps, fry them slightly and remove them. -

Add mushroom slices and fry until both sides are slightly brown, remove and set aside. -

Add garlic and saute until fragrant, then add asparagus and stir-fry for 1 minute. -

Pour in the shrimp and mushroom slices and stir-fry together, pour in light soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well. -

Sprinkle with cracked black pepper before serving.
