This is a box of okra purchased. Wash it and blanch it in water. Add 1 spoon of salt and 1 spoon of cooking oil to the pot to make the okra green and bright. -

Take the okra out of cold water and cut off both ends, cut it in the middle and place it on a plate. Add minced garlic, chopped green onions and red canned hawthorn puree. -

Make a bowl of sauce. -

Pour the seasoning mixture onto the okra and mix it or dip it in the sauce when eating.
