How to braised duck with white radish
1. Soak the duck meat in water for 30 minutes in advance to remove the blood. Put more cooking oil in the pot, add the duck meat and stir-fry until the water is dry.
2. Add dark soy sauce to color, add soy sauce, and lightly stir-fry the spices.
3. Add the radish and stir-fry for a while, then pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water to cover the duck meat.
