Thinly chop the beef tenderloin. -

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water starch, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes. -

Cut the top of the tomatoes with a cross-cut knife and blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute. -

Peel and chop finely. -
