1
Preparation: tenderloin, pasta. -
2
First wash the meat, absorb the moisture, and prepare a meat hammer. -
3
Use a gentle technique to pound the meat evenly on both sides. -
4
Add the marinade and rub evenly, then add some oil to lock in the moisture and make it taste more tender. Marinate for 20 minutes. -
5
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, cook the pasta, take it out and set aside. -
6
The marinated pork chops are dipped in a layer of fried crispy powder. -
7
Heat oil in a pan, add pork chops and fry over medium heat. -
8
Turn over and cook the other side for about three minutes until both sides are golden brown. Today’s pork chops are thinner and easier to cook. -
9
There is still some base oil in the pot, add a little oyster sauce, tomato sauce and return the pasta to the pot. -
10
Stir evenly, grind some black peppercorns for a more fragrant taste, and serve on a plate. -
