Choose both ends of the long beans, cut them into inch-inch sections, put them into a pot of boiling water and blanch them until cooked. -

Remove and let cool. -

Add sesame paste in small amounts and boil until the sesame paste is released, then add a little salt, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic and mix well. -

When eating, just pour the sesame sauce on top of the beans. -
