Wash and cut a black-bone chicken into large pieces, blanch it with an appropriate amount of cooking wine, rinse it and set aside. -

Soak Codonopsis and Angelica in water for a while, clean, cut into sections and set aside. -

Peel and clean the red dates and set aside. -

Tips
1. Blanch the black-bone chicken with cooking wine first, the meat will be more delicious!
