Soak the antlers in water for one hour. -

Soak peanuts in water for one hour, then boil in boiling water for ten minutes. Let cool and set aside. -

Wash the soaked antlers and drain them. Add cooked peanuts, shredded green onions, shredded red pepper and chopped coriander. -

Put a little salt, minced garlic, vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little sesame oil. Mix well. -

Plate and serve.
