Cut the noodles into small pieces. -

Peel a little walnut kernel, a little black and white sesame seeds, and 50g white sugar. -

When the oil temperature is 60% hot, add the noodle segments and fry until slightly brown and remove. -

Remove to a basin with absorbent paper and set aside. -

Stir-fry water and sugar until small bubbles appear, add walnut kernels and black and white sesame seeds, stir-fry evenly, put into a container, flatten and set. -

Cut into pieces after cooling.
Tips
This is my lazy version. If you are not afraid of trouble, you can use egg noodles to make them softer.
